  • Accounts suspended for sharing login details or breaking our terms.

How to request a refund

Email support@coursebangladesh.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (or the mobile wallet you paid from) within 7–10 working days. Your access to the course is removed once the refund is processed.
